Sustainable energy storage solutions made out of 2nd life EV batteries
- Project: BeePlanet Factory & Iberdrola. The installation of storage systems based on second-life batteries for electric vehicles allows, on the one hand, to optimize the installation of recharging points by enabling locations where there is no supply point with the necessary power, on the other hand, to favor sustainability by facilitating the integration of photovoltaic solar generation at the recharging points, and finally favoring the circular economy with the best use of batteries before recycling.
- Project: BeePlanet Factory & Mercedes Benz. Energy storage system over reused lithium batteries. Our objective is to reduce power demand over the electric distribution network. Optimization of green energy (photovoltaic) usage in industrial environments.
